Shipping
Worldwide shipping is free for orders of 150 Euros and more. For orders under 150 Euros the shipping costs vary between 14,90 and 24,90 Euros depending on the country.
We deliver the parcel conveniently at the nearest service point, and in many countries it is transported to the recipient’s address.
Delivery times inside European Union vary between 4-8 working days and outside European Union 6-14 working days.
Refund
You can return products if they are unused and the product labels in the original package are attached to the product. You can return all or part of the products. That is, if you want to return one pair of socks, we will refund the share of one pair of socks in your order. Returns must be notified to us no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods.
The customer will pay the cost of the return. In other words, we will deduct the return postage from the total amount returned to you and the price of any products that cannot be sold. We are doing this because we are a small business and need to get our products back on sale.
